Bosch Concrete goes for gold

CSC certification for responsible precast concrete
The CSC certificate stands for environmentally, socially and economically responsible precast concrete production. This global seal of approval is the standard for sustainable production and operations, containing four levels: bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

Presentation in new factory
On Friday, April 5, 2019, the company was awarded the gold certificate by Jeroen Pos of SGS-Intron. Bosch Beton and SGS-Intron worked together constructively to achieve this gold certificate, just as they did when obtaining the bronze and silver certificates.

The certificate was awarded in front of Bosch Beton personnel in the new factory that will be completed this spring. Just before that, the first production test at the new location on the Harselaar had taken place. A doubly special day for Bosch Beton!

"Obtaining the gold certificate shows that we have sustainability at the top of our priorities." said Brand Jan van den Bosch (MT member). "For example, certain raw material suppliers are now also CSC certified, so there is chain integration with regard to further sustainability." adds Frank Staal (KAM coordinator).
