Why an airframe made of concrete?

• Installation piping can be incorporated into the walls.
• Concrete has a heat buffering property and thus can be made thermally active for heating and cooling.
• Concrete has a long lifespan.
• In this market segment we choose separation in the floor of construction and installation. Life of shell is much longer than life of installation and the installer can work much more efficiently.

Olcas creates a 3-D drawing for the design and production of the airframe and recommends how it can be assembled.

For the contractor who wants to go along with the industrialization of construction, Olcas has developed the Bloqz concept. Available as a kit, minimum precast concrete and installation or maximum fully built, including bathroom, kitchen and storage.
