As a Senior Software Developer at Liemar, you'll develop ERP solutions that help steel and metal construction companies work smarter, more efficiently and more profitably. Our software forms the backbone of dozens of organizations and grows along with their ambitions every day.

To continue supporting this growth, we are looking for an experienced software developer with an overview, analytical skills and a heart for technology. Someone who looks beyond code alone, and understands how software can really improve business processes.

This is what you will do

You will work on the ongoing development of our ERP platform, a mature product that is constantly evolving. You will work closely with consultants, testers and other developers and have a key role in the technical direction. We find it important to work together with users on the future of our ERP package. You therefore regularly evaluate which developments are possible and desirable.

You deal with:

• Translate functional designs into solid technical solutions;
• Review and refine designs together with functional specialists;
• Develop, test and optimize software in a modern development environment;
• Working according to SCRUM planning with short lines of communication;
• Maintain complex data flows, queries and links between modules;
• Analyze and resolve bugs at the 3rd-line level;
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to structural quality improvement;
• Writing clear release notes and recording hours;
• Actively participate in the next generation of our software.

What you bring

• HBO/WO level, preferably in the direction of Computer Science or Technical Business Administration;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (ERP or enterprise software is a plus);
• Experience with object-oriented programming (Delphi, C#, Java or similar);
• Strong analytical ability and a good feel for data models and business logic;
• Experience with MySQL databases and queries;
• A structured, pragmatic way of working;
• The will to share knowledge and build sustainable solutions together;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
