Willy Naessens, the entrepreneur of the eponymous Willy Naessens Group from Wortegem-Petegem, celebrates his birthday on Valentine's Day. Since Valentine's Day is the day of love, there is no better day to launch the 'Willy Naessens loves you' campaign. The site www.willynaessenslovesyou.be is a brand new jobsite, in which we want to make even clearer which talents the Willy Naessens Group needs today and tomorrow in order to grow.

"For us, attracting the right talent is one thing, but we find it at least as important to show our love for all our employees within the Group. Hence also the choice for the new name "Willy Naessens loves you" in which we want to make it very clear that we are there for all our employees and want to travel a beautiful path together with them.", Willy Naessens explains.

"Actually, with 'Willy Naessens loves you' we want to bundle all the initiatives we organize for our employees. For example, every year everyone gets a gift from me on my birthday, this is really a tradition. I also invited all my employees to my wedding party. We organize a family day to which everyone is invited with their families. Every summer we also provide childcare for the companies in the Elsegem area. And for my employees, I always invest in the best equipment to work with. In short, I have a lot of love for everyone and I love to share. Only Marie-Jeanne I keep to myself. A baby shower is still to come, but as soon as the time comes, everyone is definitely invited!", laughs Willy.
