On Thursday, September 11, Liemar, together with Infosteel, Indus, Modulyss, Vytech and Meco Metal, organizes in the Antwerp region a knowledge session around lean in steel construction with an innovative approach. This year we deliberately look beyond our own sector, with practical examples, concrete experiences and inspiring insights.

Growing together is done by learning from different perspectives. In this knowledge session, we will therefore approach the lean transformation from various experiences and sectors.

Visit to Modulyss
We start with a visit to Modulyss, a manufacturing company that has extensive experience in going through lean processes. Modulyss shows what process optimization and continuous improvement look like in practice and proves how inspiring it can be to look outside your own market. Their daily reality offers new angles and concrete insights.

Vytech as a discussion partner
Vytech shares how they work with companies in the manufacturing and process industries to build sustainable improvement. Always starting from practice and the unique character of each organization, they guide optimization and automation projects that deliver real added value.

Interactive lean workshop
During the workshop with Indus, you and your industry colleagues will experience the power of collaboration, reducing work in progress (aka WiP: Work in Progress) and breaking through ingrained patterns. In an open and practical setting, the focus is on experiencing lean yourself, with plenty of room for exchange.

Case story Meco Metal
Finally, Meco Metal shares from their own experience what the impact of working lean has been on their organization and employees. How do you double output with half your hourly capacity with lean? You'll hear firsthand what steps and insights made the difference in that process.
