Consider, for example, calculation of 3d frameworks in steel and/or wood, beam grids concrete, foundation slab on steel, point supported slabs, walls, and so on. Whether or not combined in one model.
All projects you have already created with XFrame3d before can of course continue to be opened and calculated. In addition to a new name, a lot of new functionality has been added. The most important enhancements and improvements:
We have an effective and above all enjoyable collaboration with Prof. Johan Blaauwendraad. He has developed a calculation method that allows efficient design of reinforcement in a plate or disc. He also advised us to start using hybrid quadrilateral elements because they can be used to determine an accurate transverse force. He supported us in the realization and implementation of this.
In order to calculate quadrilaterals, we also had to incorporate another mesh-er. This one is more intuitive and works great.

The longitudinal reinforcement and any transverse force reinforcement are automatically designed for strength (UGT) and also for cracking (BGT). At our request, we have Prof. Johan Blaauwendraad and dr. ir. drs. René Braam also made the necessary verification calculations
We have dummy bars as new bars were added. With those dummy rods you can account for any line load on a plate. But you can also use dummy rods introduce any line loads. Below is an example of line loads on a plate.
With the spy, you can retrieve moments in any cross-section of the bar, for example. How? Simply by moving the mouse over the rod axis. This works very intuitively. You will probably like it.
