With our electronic time tracking software, you can easily manage the on and off hours of your employees.

You can see exactly who is present and where your employees are. This is mandatory for the Occupational Health and Safety Act. With good timekeeping, you also ensure accurate planning.

Hours worked are tracked and easily forwarded for payroll. Breaks, vacation hours, time-for-time, business trips, doctor or dentist visits, sick leave; everything is clearly presented. Both the administrator and the employee also know exactly how many hours (days) the employee can still take.

A leave overview shows how many people are available and who they are. Today, next week or next month. Of course, this can also be viewed by department or work group.

Hours registration in practice

If you want to start recording your employees' hours, provide each employee with a unique bagde (proximity badge) or barcode. Before they start work, they clock in with this at a dedicated terminal or on a tablet. When the workday is over, they clock out again.

You can also use our hour registration application (app). Through this app, employees can register their hours anywhere in the world. These are then entered directly into the system. Currently, the app is only available for Android, but we are working on an IOS variant.

Linking to projects

The data recorded (with barcodes) can be linked to orders/projects. Because the working hours of your employees are collected electronically per order, this data can be presented and exported in many different ways.

As a result, time tracking provides you with insight into your project organization. You can see exactly how many hours worked in a project and what the costs are. The ability to enter work schedules, leave schedules and fixed roster days also makes it possible to properly estimate and update a project's schedule.
