Until the switch to LiemarX worked Willems Boven-Leeuwen with another ERP system. Its use was considered unpleasant in the organization; there was simply too little (current) insight. 'When the accountant came for the annual work, we knew by feeling whether or not it had been a good year. But the exact figures were a surprise. In 2016, we started discussions with Jan and another potential ERP vendor to choose a new ERP package. Liemar's presentation was very good and the personal contact created a lot of confidence. Moreover, there were many positive reactions to LiemarX from other users. That made the choice very easy.
'We shook hands in September 2016 and went live on January 1, 2017. You certainly shouldn't underestimate the implementation of such a system and we invested a lot of time in it. But thanks to the good cooperation with the people at Liemar, the implementation went exceptionally well, almost silently. Now we always have an up-to-date overview of 7 bv's. If you take a look at the LiemarX dashboard in the morning, you know how the company is doing at that moment. If necessary, you can make adjustments immediately. Before, you were just too late.'
