Few floor system specialists are able to supply a steel plate concrete floor that includes a color coating on the underside, making the floor plate also suitable as a ceiling finish. Floor Package

Color coating

Here, JG Steel Plate Concrete Flooring was called in to realize a steel plate concrete floor, type Cofraplus 77. By providing all visible sides with a Hairplus coating in RAL 7016, it makes a nice contribution to the design of the building. At the parking garage of the University Hospital in Brussels, the flooring specialist coated the underside of the Hoesch TRP 200 steel plates with the RAL color 9010. "An additional advantage of such a light color is that, thanks to the light reflection, one can save on lighting. In consultation, various RAL colors are possible, and we also provide a ten-year warranty on our durable coating."

Floor heating

In addition, for various floor types, JG Steel Plate Concrete Flooring offers the engineering of underfloor heating by including it in its static calculation. It recently did this for an apartment complex in Gouda, where a coated ComFlor 210+ steel slab floor with monolithic concrete finish was realized.
