18 projects have a chance to win the Audience Award
As many as 63 entries were received this year for the Concrete Prize 2024. From all these entries, on September 25, the expert jury chosen three nominees per category. All under the direction of jury chairman Peter Gossink. One of these nominees also has a chance of winning the Public Prize. The presentation of the Concrete Award will take place live on Thursday, November 21, during the Concrete Event in the Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam.
Entry for the Concrete Prize was open to construction projects realized in the past 3 years in the Netherlands or by a Dutch company abroad. Of all the entries, the following 18 projects were nominated, divided into 6 categories:

Category nominees: groundbreaking construction

For all nominated projects this year, there is also the chance to win the Audience Award. Visitors to the Concrete Event can vote on November 21 for the project that appeals the most. All project motivations of the nominees can already be read at www.betonevent.nl/betonprijs.
About the Concrete Prize
Since 1979, the Concrete Prize has been the award for the concrete construction industry. Nominated projects exemplify, among other things, intelligent, responsible, future-oriented, valuable and inspiring applications of the material concrete. Submitted projects are judged by an expert jury consisting of professionals from the entire construction industry.
