Concrete Prize 2019 | The nominees have been announced!

Projects compete in six categories:

• Civil Construction Works: for projects related to mobility
• Housing: for projects related to housing
• Utility Building: for projects related to commercial facilities or institutions
• Existing Construction: for renovation, repair or restoration projects
• Boundless: for projects abroad or taking the concrete industry to the next level
• Circular: for projects with particular focus on repurposing or reuse beyond the first life span

The jury determines which of the submitted projects will be nominated for the award and which project will win.

There is also a new prize for the nominated projects: the Future Prize. For this, students vote for the project that appeals to them the most. This prize is awarded once, so not by category. It is possible for a project to win both the Future Prize and the prize for its category, but the Future Prize may also go to a nominated project that the jury does not choose as the winner.
