With the new web shop, Doka is responding to the wishes of many existing and new customers. With the Doka webshop, registered customers are guaranteed 24/7 access to the ordering options for formwork, parts and accessories. Working from an online environment also ensures that the parts and accessories are delivered at the lowest price.
Handy for administrative processing are the order lists for favorite products that can be created and (re)used in the web shop. This reduces the number of repetitive actions to a minimum. After an order has been placed in the webshop, it can easily be tracked by the customer. Order and shipping status can be viewed at any time of the day. The same applies to order history and invoices; for customers, this drastically reduces paperwork.
