Managing directors Ethel and Christel Eerdekens are launching a disruptive approach in the sector: they are breaking with the long general conditions and warranty exclusions. After 40 years, they dare to make 10 rock-solid guarantees to all their customers. "As a family business, we deplore the trends we see in the concrete industry today. Quality comes at the expense of quantity and we want to counter that with 10 clear guarantees," said Ethel Eerdekens.

Ethel Eerdekens: "The 40th anniversary of our company brings with it a new wind. Many people get a cold, chilly feeling when they hear the word concrete. The market is characterized by cowboys who take a run at existing laws and standards. To the detriment of quality, safety and social conditions."

For years our own people have been installing all concrete floors with the greatest precision and passion. We are now putting that down on paper. Ecological and sustainable renovation of concrete floors

Ethel Eerdekens: "We make the Special Concrete Promise just as true long after the concrete floor is installed. We also include that in our 10 guarantees. With 40 years of experience, we know that concrete floors need some extra care over time. We then resolutely opt for an ecological and sustainable solution instead of covering up any problems. This can range from deep cleaning to polishing. In doing so, we use biodegradable cleaning agents."

Chronicle of 40 years

After 40 years, Jos Eerdekens Betonvloeren is a steadfast value in the concrete industry. In 1987, Jos Eerdekens and partner ABC Beton joined forces. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of both companies, we visited some old customers. "We had them tell us about the cooperation with us.
