Roadshow | 'Repairing concrete - critical aspects for the contractor for sustainable concrete repair'

More and more concrete structures and buildings are in need of (urgent) repair. There are regular reports in the media these days about Belgium's failing concrete infrastructure and buildings. So one can expect that the number of concrete repair orders will only increase.

However, a European study shows that, in more than fifty percent of cases, these concrete repairs fail within ten years. However, the necessary knowledge is available for a sustainable result. So where does it go wrong?

Roadshows
During the Roadshows, experts will explain various important aspects for a sustainable concrete repair in detail. These Roadshows are part of the VISiv project "New technologies, products and insights for a sustainable repair of concrete structures", supported by the Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The aim of the project is to increase the professional knowledge and skills of Belgian companies (contractors and architects), active in the concrete repair sector, in order to obtain a sustainable and qualitative result.
