Teunis Bunt, Steel Construction DtB: 'With Liemar, we are making a professionalization move'

Steel Construction DtB wants to grow substantially in the coming years. Teunis Bunt, owner: "I see plenty of opportunities to scale up, but first our foundation has to be stronger. We therefore want to professionalize our organization. The implementation of Liemar is a big step in the right direction'.

'Our projects are running well, but we have too little insight into the status of a work. What materials have we ordered, and which have we yet to receive? What has already been invoiced? With Liemar, we do expect to have that insight and sharpen that process.' Teunis anticipates that the insight into the project status will also ensure that work will be done more efficiently. By strengthening our foundation, we give our people room to develop further. That's where growth comes from.

'Another step in the professionalization is that this will allow us to work with one system instead of several. As a result, everyone will soon be working on our projects in a uniform way.'
