Financial management in LiemarX: avoid duplication of effort

To prevent errors, LiemarX has standard interfaces with financial accounting packages for financial management. Think of Exact, King, SnelStart, UnitFour, AccountView, Baan, Qubic, Sage, etc. Is your package not in this list? Please contact us. Chances are that the interface is available.

General expenses (AK)

In the financial management module, you can also monitor your overhead budget. It is important to monitor the markup per hour so that you can immediately see whether you have an under-recovery or over-recovery for your overhead expenses.

Multi company

More and more, steel building and metal construction companies consist of a holding company and operating companies. All are working on the same project. So having multiple databases per project is not desirable. LiemarX solved that for you! We call it 'multi company', very convenient! It prevents double work and thus errors.

In LiemarX, it is not your PLCs that are central, but your projects. So you can very easily book invoices or purchase invoices in LiemarX, under the same project, but for a separate bv.
