W. ten Ham Construction evaluates the implementation of LiemarX

Fully on schedule, W. ten Ham Constructie in Ede went live with Liemar on January 1, 2023. Joan Koster, controller at W. ten Ham Constructie, asked his project team to evaluate the process, the software and our services after this first year of intensive use. We are happy to share the results with you!

Joan: "It can be said that we are extremely satisfied with you as a party. Now that the implementation is successful, we can get to work on using the software more and more optimally. We would like your support in this. That is why we will periodically invite Hein van Beers to look over our shoulder for a day and advise us on opportunities.'

'My colleagues and I implemented in the 2^e part of 2022 as fairly intensive, but certainly perceived as positive. It is not always easy to make choices about the design of the package if you are not yet using it in practice, but now the improvements in processes are starting to become visible. For example, we have made steps in pre and post calculation, document management and material management. Of course, there are still areas for improvement, partly because we are only now really seeing what our choices in designing the package mean in practice. These are on a concrete action list that we are working on together.

'The longer we work with Liemar's software and people, the more satisfied we become. My colleagues evaluate the service from good to perfect and it is really a relief compared to our previous supplier. At Liemar you really get the services that a service package is for. As far as we are concerned, Hein deserves a big Christmas package!
