Concrete Association launched a new initiative on June 26: Studio Beton Digitaal. A series of inspiring and interactive webinars around current topics from the concrete industry. In cooperation with Concrete House has set up the first series of four webinars, which will engage the conversation with several interesting speakers and experts.
GAINING KNOWLEDGE, SHARING KNOWLEDGE & MAKING KNOWLEDGE
Webinars can include lectures, (guest) lectures, roundtables, presentations or workshops. The Concrete Association looks to the future and sets itself the goal of acquiring knowledge, sharing knowledge and making knowledge about the material concrete together with its members and partners. From this objective, the webinars are organized, through which the development of new knowledge about concrete can be promoted.
Depending on the topics to be discussed, an appropriate format is chosen for the webinar, with interaction always at the center. As a participant, this allows you to actively participate and have a say in the topics. The webinars are free and can be followed online from any location.
JUNE 26 FIRST WEBINAR
In the first webinar that took place on friday, june 26, addressed the tension between circular design and CO2 reduction. Jacqueline Cramer, president of the Concrete Agreement, gave a presentation on the Concrete Agreement and addressed the implementation themes of circular design and CO2 reduction.
Led by Concrete Association president Dorien Staal went the speakers Pieter van Gent and Jack van der Palen then addressed the question "how do you make a circular structure and is it sustainable?
