Self-reactive tension beds

In France, a 36-meter-long, self-reactive quadruple mold was developed for trapezoidal roof trusses, and in Hungary the company supplied a modular precast production system with nine tensioning beds suitable for various girder profiles. Belgian producers increased their capacity with a combination of self-reactive and non-reactive beds and adjustable molds. Expertise is also visible outside Europe: Indonesia received a complete production line for prestressed floor elements and in Canada six self-reactive prestressing beds with hydraulically adjustable edge formwork were installed, complemented by fully automated machines.
