Lantek Powersync module for integration with LiemarX

Working closely with CNC Gear's support team, we created a link to book material consumption from Lantek-controlled machines directly into LiemarX. With this, we are jointly taking the next step in achieving integrated operation of both packages.

The link between LiemarX and Lantek is realized with the production management system Lantek Manager and associated Powersync module for the integration of Lantek with external ERP systems. The Lantek Manager enables the user to combine orders for an efficient production process with optimal material consumption for all machine processes controlled via Lantek CAD/CAM systems. Through the Lantek Manager, the user maintains an overview of production status and production capacity, and this data can also be made available in the LiemarX ERP system through the Powersync module.

The Lantek Manager records material consumption and that information is imported directly into LiemarX. This gives users of both programs a huge efficiency gain. Barry van den Reek, technical director at Liemar Software: 'A large amount of manual work is eliminated and mistakes can no longer be made by copying written lists. This link also makes it easy to add more detail to the sheet consumption, such as thickness and quality.'

CNC Gear

CNC Gear is an official importer of Lantek CAD/CAM systems in the Netherlands and Belgium. The software is unmatched in the control of machines and enables users to laser cut, plasma cut, water cut, autogenous cut, punch and/or drill and saw in the most effective way. CNC Gear supports users of the Lantek software in optimizing machine control. The link with LiemarX is a great step in this.
