Ebema strengthens strategic position through participation in Eurodal

Ebema, manufacturer of high-quality concrete solutions with branches in Zutendaal and Rijkevorsel and known for the Ebema_LivingCity and Ebema_Stone&Style brands, is taking a strategic stake in Eurodal of Grobbendonk. Eurodal is active in the public market, the project market and the private market, mainly with the production and placement of high-quality floor slabs in concrete. They also innovate with solutions for water management such as Hydrops and Vélonet. Ebema and Eurodal choose this integration to strengthen the market position of both companies and come out stronger together. With the main point being that customers will benefit.

The result is a partnership that is 100% Belgian and 200% familial. The new group will have over 250 employees at its sites in Zutendaal, Grobbendonk and Rijkevorsel. Ebema has a turnover of 49 million euros and Eurodal runs a figure of more than 8 million euros. It is targeting a growth trajectory based on quality, innovation and customer focus.

This is not a takeover, but a participation by two companies on an equal basis. A participation that is a sign of hope and faith in the future. A positive signal in a period of economic slowdown due to the Covid-19 coronavirus. Further investments will be made in production equipment, innovation and marketing. This year Ebema foresees major investments in the Rijkevorsel site with the construction of an additional hall for customization.
