Terracon Funderingstechniek acquires shares in Tubex BV

Terracon Funderingstechniek BV becomes full owner of Tubex BV by acquiring the remaining shares. For this it has reached an agreement with Beheersmaatschappij Verstraeten which held 50% of the shares. Both specialists Terracon Funderingstechniek BV and Tubex BV will continue together as Terracon which offers a wide range of solutions for large and complex foundation issues.

Terracon specializes in pile foundations for large-scale construction projects and Tubex BV in installing suitable foundation piles on challenging sites. The activities of both companies are complementary, enabling them as one organization to serve the market broadly with foundation solutions at a high quality level. 

By combining knowledge and expertise under Terracon, the specialist becomes a stronger player in the market. It focuses on industry, utility construction and infrastructure and is developing more in the rail environment with specific foundation challenges. Tubex BV will fully merge into the corporate structure of Terracon Funderingstechniek, where all employees will be part of. The Tubex product name for foundation piles for confined spaces will remain.
