Knowledge session "The New Yield Thinking in 2019"

Especially for Steel Construction and Steel Building companies, Liemar organizes a free knowledge session for executives and project managers.

The knowledge session is designed to give the steel builder/project leader the skills to get and keep his projects and company "in control".

Liemar customers will also be present to share their practical knowledge with you and each other.

You do not need to have specific knowledge of Business Economics.

Jan van Hapert of Liemar explains the method they developed in an easy and understandable way, so that when you are back in the office the next day you can apply it immediately.

• 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: reception
• 16.30 to 17.00: Explanation of "The New Efficiency Thinking" and how to stay "In Control" with only 4 statistics for your company and your projects. This in combination with the ERP Steel Construction software "LiemarX".
• 5:00 to 5:30 p.m.: Demonstration and explanation of the use and operation of the new powerful Project-Production-Personnel-Planning module and its effect on your project outcome.
• 5:30-6:00 p.m.: Interactive knowledge transfer session with discussion and questions on Project Management, ERP and Planning, where your input, questions and views are greatly appreciated.
• 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Snacks, drinks and further knowledge sharing
