New: free webinars

Thursday afternoon, April 23, at 1 p.m. is a first ... Building with Steel is hosting its very first ever webinar!

This fulfills a long-held wish. A series of short, low-threshold, free webinars on a variety of topics. Frank Maatje (Bouwen met Staal) and Robert Kwintenberg (Van den Brink Staalbouw) kick off with a lecture on cost of steel structures. Next, Albert Hogewoning (Highrise Design) will provide a three-part mini-course on the designing and building with aluminum.

Fixed day of webinars is Thursdays around noon. At first weekly, then every few weeks, you are welcome to attend these webinars. In addition to these webinars, there are online courses that last longer (several hours and several days), are more specialized and are offered for a fee.

The webinars are free to attend via Microsoft Teams. However, you do need to sign up. You will then receive a hyperlink for access on the morning of the webinar.
