New general manager Hünnebeck Benelux

Effective January 6, 2020, Arjan Verhoef will take office as Hünnebeck's General Manager for Benelux. Arjan succeeds Kees de Bont, who will continue his Hünnebeck career as Application Engineering Director of Northeast Europe as of January 1.

Arjan Verhoef studied Industrial Engineering & Management at the Hogeschool Rotterdam and worked for the past 12 years at Faber Betonpompen, where he was commercial director. Before that, Arjan held various management positions in the construction industry, including in Brazil, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Kees de Bont was head of Hünnebeck's engineering department for more than 20 years before making a brief foray into another company. He returned to Hünnebeck in 2016 and was appointed general manager of Hünnebeck in the Benelux in 2017. Over the years, Kees built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in the engineering of formwork and supports. He will now bring this knowledge and experience to bear internationally. He will focus on the further development of the engineering strategy, cross-border competition, sharing of resources and the introduction of uniform engineering standards. Other areas of focus include the implementation of BIM, efficiency improvements and new product awareness and training. Kees' place of employment remains the Netherlands.
