'Balcony Factory' is being launched into the market after thorough preparation by three strong market players. Renovum, Hi-Con and Schöck are putting know-how, money and personnel into the initiative to accelerate the growth and product development of the specialized balcony builder. As a result, Balcony Factory is able to provide almost any existing shell with a new free cantilever balcony.

'Balcony Factory' is the specialized co-maker in the field of balcony construction. Focus is on technically challenging renovation and transformation projects. 'Balkonfabriek' offers prefab total solutions that can be realized retrospectively and scaffold-free.

The knowledge-driven organization, with its own production and assembly, is composed of a team of people who take care of the entire realization process from engineering to completion, from tendering to execution. Balcony factory has knowledge of structural works, cold-bridge-free anchors, high-strength concrete and balustrades. In-house project management takes care of all construction logistics and assembly.
