Calculator/Work Planner m/f

Job Description:

In the Calculator/Work Planner position, you will be responsible for calculations and work preparation of utility and residential construction projects. Your duties will include:

• Setting up and working out calculations
• Requesting quotes
• Work preparation of projects
• Ordering materials

Job Requirements:

• Education MBO/HBO architecture and at least 2 years of experience
• You have excellent communication skills both oral and written
• You perform well under pressure without losing sight of the results
• You are accurate and structured, take initiative, work independently and can approach problems analytically
• Proficiency in German and English is a plus
• In possession of driving license B
