The passion for metal preservation comes from an old vessel, Tol begins. "In 2016, we realized our dream and started PCF Coatings. With our young and innovative team, we are always looking for the next challenge. We therefore continue where others stop and give each product - small or large - just a little more attention than usual in the market." PCF Coatings has specialized in powder coating, blasting, lap painting and wet painting. "We are broadly certified and also an Approved Training Company, passing on the love of the trade to the new generation."
PCF Coatings' strength lies not only in its love of the trade but also in its flexibility.
In addition to preserving construction structures and parts such as facades, window frames, fencing and facade cladding, PCF Coatings is also strong in repairing and preserving related equipment such as cranes, excavators or agricultural parts. "Especially for equipment or offshore parts, our special ABCITE surface technique is very suitable. We apply a special 300 mu thick layer of powder coating that is truly indestructible in one move. We can also both powder coat and glass bead according to Food Grade standards, unique by Dutch standards."
According to Tol, the strength of PCF Coatings lies not only in its love of the trade but also in its flexibility. "We can quickly and accurately conserve products in a very high quality and according to the applicable standards. In addition, we attach great value to personal contact, picking up products ourselves if required and delivering them back conserved."
Finally, Tol looks ahead to the future. "Within now and two years we will move into our new premises in which we can expand our activities even further. Moreover, we will then also be taking huge steps in terms of the environment and sustainability."
